Whitening/bleaching of teeth in our dental office is accomplished with the professional Chairside whitening system called ZOOM (Philips). It is a scientifically advanced, patent-pending tooth-whitening procedure, which is fast (takes about 1 hour), effective and safe.
Alternatively or additionally, for even better and prolonged results, a whitening professional gel can be provided for use at home with customized trays.
The degree of whiteness may vary from patient to patient depending on the structure and initial color of the teeth.

Is whitening/bleaching safe?
Whitening/bleaching under the supervision of a dentist is perfectly safe for teeth and gums.

In few cases there could be some kind of sensitivity in certain teeth, which dissappears in a few days, causing no further problems.
How long do the results of whitening last?
Teeth stay white for 1-5 years depending on the consumption of staining substances. However, your teeth will always stay whiter than they were before. To keep your teeth looking the best we recommend brushing twice daily, dental cleanings twice a year, and occasional touch-ups with a professional dental whitening gel.
